Cuningham Group’s practice as multifamily architects is based on designing beautiful and sustainable residential environments. Our design approach is to align with client interests and understand that the end result is to create housing that sells or rents at the top of the market and appreciates in value over time. This includes understanding the realities of architectural design for multifamily dwellings, as well as the necessity for designing highly efficient floor plans with excellent net sellable ratios.

It is also our vision as multifamily architects to design environments that embody the spirit and culture of a community while tapping into the energy and joy of creating functional communities for living. Because we live in a world of limited resources, we believe our projects should be designed with an economy of means and a respect for the environment.
